FAQ

1. Can you do (fill in the blank)?

Yes, I usually can. From simple yard work to replacing windows to jackhammering out 13inch thick loadbearing concrete walls with out dropping the room upstairs on top of myself, I can usually figure out a way to get it done.

Exceptions:
-Projects over $30,000 are probably too large for me at this point because I don't have any employees or subcontractors.
-Excavating and other things like that that require heavy equipment.
-Move to a different city or state in order to work for you. (Sorry to all my former Utah customers, I wish I could help but I'm occupied elsewhere.)
-Jobs that require too much of paperwork, licenses, insurance, osha compliance, etc. I like to keep things simple for now and I have customers that pay me cash and let me work barefoot so, yeah. I can fill out a W9 though if needed and I do pay my taxes.
-Perfect drywall texture matching (I'm getting better at it but unfortunately this is not a result that I have the skills to be able to guarantee.)

2. When are you available?

It depends on the project you need done. Larger projects need to be scheduled in advance. For quick little jobs I can often work you in within a couple of days. I do Saturdays and evenings, but I don't do Sundays.

3. Do you accept Venmo?

No, I don't like to use Venmo for the business stuff. I know it's super convenient for most people, but Venmo charges me extra fees if I use a business account and it's against the terms of service and makes my accounting harder if I use my personal account.

I do accept Zelle, Cash, and Check.
